First month's (pro-rated) rent must be paid to Listing Agency on or before move-in date. Move-in will be scheduled within 10 days of approved and accepted offer. When preparing the lease kindly indicate the following: 1. In reference to paragraph 4 security deposit item B, security deposit is returned within 14 days. 2. In reference to paragraph 6 late charge item A, late fee will be equal to 10% of the rent rate.
